Mrs. Marcella Muriceak
2nd Grade
Mrs. Marcella Muriceak is a graduate from Saint Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education as well as minors in both special education and music. She completed her student teaching experiences as a first grade teacher at Stanwood Elementary School and as a junior high life skills teacher at Greater Latrobe Junior High School.
Throughout her college career, Mrs. Muriceak collaborated with the Bearcat B.E.S.T. transition program by creating and teaching instructional plans to help students with developmental and intellectual disabilities acquire vocational skills. Additionally, Mrs. Muriceak completed her educational field work by planning and implementing a preschool program at Winnie Palmer Nature Reserve and an online enrichment program for homeschool students in Latrobe, PA.
After college, Mrs. Muriceak worked at the Child and Career Development Center as an extended school year teacher to secondary life skills students through the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
Mrs. Muriceak is not only passionate about Catholic education rooted in classical pedagogy, but she also values creating meaningful relationships with her students and supporting their diverse learning needs.
Mrs. Muriceak resides in West Chester with her husband, EJ, where they are active members at Saint Agnes Parish.
